This is a great book to bring to a friend who is sitting in a hospital. This is all very positive thoughts and ideas and while it exceeds a hundred years, it is clean and gives a clean impression. The vinyl bag covers cardboard protection and you can simply cut the bag open (carefully) and remove the contents.
