According to the catalog this is a 6ply rock maple shell, but according to many “experts” on forums the catalog is incorrect these are birch? Either way it’s in a natural maple finish and in very nice condition for being 45 years old or so. This is from my personal collection and is quite a rare snare nowadays. The shell is in excellent, near mint condition with no marks on it at all. Chrome has the usual pitting with nothing extreme and overall quite nice. Parallel action works great and looks great and has the original MIJ wires. Muffler is complete and fully functional. No broken bent or stripped parts.
