I fully cleaned and tested the machine and it works perfectly. I performed a cleaning cycle with a cleaning tablet so it is fresh and ready. The gasket is in good condition, just stained brown. Feel free to replace it they are like $5. This is a fantastic machine! The portafilter and double shot basket is included. There are no other accessories included.
