I am the original owner, these pieces were purchased from Cowpok in Williamsville, NY. What you see is what you get, there is only one titanium post included but the pieces are interchangeable. Pieces are made with 14k yellow gold and both real diamonds, the post they slide into is titanium. These are some great pieces, I’m only selling because I don’t have a nose piercing anymore.
