AC or CA Meat Grinder. Very Tiny. Made of Chrome Plated Cast Iron.
On the side it is marked with an embossed CA or AC. Also on the side, is embossed: MADE IN U.S.A. When this grinder is attached, it is only 2 1/4" from the surface it is attached to, to the rim of the grinder.
