These are NEW aftermarket snare wires designed to replace Sonor Signature snare wire sets. They are made of Stainless steel. They work perfectly and sound fantastic. As pictured they do not have felt pads which are designed to protect the drummer from any sharp edges while handling the snare drum. The felt pads ordinarily do not contact the bottom head in case you were wondering so it’s just an aesthetic. Replace missing or damaged snare wires or simply preserve your original one and use these instead.
