Hobibear boots in very good condition. I don't think the boot's tag accurately state a size, however I wear a woman's US size 7 and these Hobibears fit me perfectly, so, I would size them for men/boys as a US size 5.5 -6 or EU 37-38. They are warm and "designed with water-resistant materials and sealed construction so feet keep dry in rain, snow and slush." , says their webpage.
