These tools have either been opened inside the store, we're display items, or in some occasions have been used once or twice and then return to the store or uses a loaner to at the store. But they really aren't you some of them are barely used some of them have not been used at all and so to say that all the tools that we are selling are used tools it's just not really accurate although some of them may have been used once or twice so what we have here is kind of a quandary whereas they're kind of like new or biggest parts of the sets have never been used and they're for still new I mean there's just it's really gray area and we just want to be really honest about it and we want you to know what you're buying
