TEAC A-650 Stereo Cassette Deck - Powers On, but needs repair

Deck powers on. VU meters light up & work. Light in cassette chamber works. It sometimes plays at weird speed with a ton of wow & flutter. Most times it does not play at all. FF & reverse do not work. I suspect it needs new belts & tires at minimum. Sold as is. No returns.
