Both units were tested and I was able to pickup stations and hear them. Cosmetically they do look rough as the previous owner made some flaps to cover the displays for some reason. One is missing the screws on the side casing and one has a broken antenna in the back. I believe the display glass has a crack on one corner. Both units are being sold as is, assuming they may need work for parts or repair, sale is final.
