These tap and die sets are in fact complete. They are new in almost every sense of the word there may have been one or two pieces that was missing and we've replaced them from with pieces from another set. You may have one or two pieces occasionally that are a little used or a box that is maybe a little smashed but you're getting the tool and you're getting it a great discount
