This item is for parts or not working. I did not test the graphics card and it was pulled from a computer that did not power on. In general, the graphics card that was pulled from a non-functional computer is generally going to be used for parts. In hindsight, it may not work. So, the listing price is generally fair. No Returns. Think Twice Before Purchasing.
