These were factory remanufactured when we got them in 2019. Remanufactured means they were sent back because of a possible defect which they corrected We used them in the office for a few years and they sat in the closet. We sold the business so I am selling these Tested and both work great. All power modes worked from silent to turbo. Great deal if you need clean air, these will do it, also takes allergens out of the air
