Brand New and never used, but not factory sealed in clear plastic wrap. This came from one of the large Starter Pack boxed sets. Activision did not wrap these games in shrinkwrap inside the Starter Packs, and this game disc was never sold by itself at retail. You could only get this game disc & case inside the large Starter Pack. Includes original game case, artwork cover, and game disc. Case may have very minor wear from storage. Game disc is mint, unused, and never played.
