These particular cups were purchased by a now-decommissioned church parish in the Bronx, NY (Kingsbridge Lutheran Reformed Church). The cups measure just about 3.5" across and have a green pattern along the edges. Cups were made by Syracuse/Onondaga Pottery Co. Some utensil wear from many years of service.
