This VCR is pre-owned and is not powering up. We are selling it for parts or repair only. It includes the power cord only. The power supply connector looks to be loose and that could be the only issue for not receiving power but we do not have the facility to fix it. I miss sold as is, please see pictures for more accurate detail.
