Up for sale is a used Lionel transformer. Powers up, no red light. Has power coming out of each terminal. Looks like a newer cord. Works fine as it is. I do not see any damage to the case. I have no idea if the whistle switch works. Plugging in and testing a few terminals is the extent of my testing. I make no guarantees seeing that this is a vintage product. Item is as is no returns.
