Used this coffee maker about 8 times only With filtered water. Will ship in original packaging. If you use freshly roasted beans, this is the machine for you, as it has a bloom setting. More evenly distributed holes on the shower head than the moccamaster. Have used both machines and the difference is minimal at best. Good bang for the buck.
