The camcorder is being sold for parts only or not working. The camcorder does not work properly. When power is supplied to the camcorder, it will turn on and display an image on the screen of what is in front of the lens. The camcorder will not record or playback video tapes. The only item included in this auction is the camcorder. The battery, the charger, etc., are not included with this auction. Thank you
