All fabric is clean and crisp Kirsten's meet hankie and spoon bag are made with unbleached/unfinished natural muslin fabric which includes small flecks of cotton seeds that can be seen within the fabric. This is normal and the fabric is not defective or stained :-) These items are from Kirsten's Historical collection original release (not her re-release).
