Harley Knucklehead Springer Windshield Mount Bolts WL WLA Panhead 064E Plain

Parkerized machine cut plain head bolts, Harley OEM# 064E, 5/16”-24 x 7/8”;. Used to mount the clear plastic windshield on springer models from 1940 to 1957. Old OEM number was 064E, new 3996. Also used on many other places on Panhead, Knucklehead, WL, K-model, and Sportster.
