You are looking at a Roland MA-20 MICRO MONITOR. It has 15w output, multiple inputs (mic,RCA, 3.55mm) , independent volume for mic , line 1 and line2 master control volume. It can be mounted on a mic stand as I've used it both ways. It still has the original box although I'm not sure I would ship it in it and owners manual. It is from a smoke free and pet free home.
