They made a similar model for Police transmissions but for different band widths. The components appear complete and are untested. It is sold for parts or restoration. The Radiomuseum describes it as “Model AR-4 is an AC/DC Operated 6 Tube AM Communications Receiver with a tuning Range 108 - 136MHz (AM)”.
