This item is in great shape & works perfectly, putting out a lot of steam. The box is not perfect. 3 corners of the lid are split. The box bottom has splits of 2 edges. The set includes the iron, box, warranty card, instruction manual, the water reservoir (bulb), & a Stanley Pressing Cloth.
