Works great. See pics, there are some scuffs and scratches. There was also someone’s name written in magic marker in 2 places that I scrubbed off the most I could. U can barely see it. There is also a crack on the plastic on the bottoms of the cook part and the lid has a chip out of it. U can see all of this in pics and it doesn’t affect the functionality of the crock pot. A tamper proof sticker has been placed on all parts to prevent from fraudulent returns. No returns accepted if sticker tampered with.
