It powers up, Needs belts, knob and very very good cleaning, I am clearing things out that I will not every get to. Sorry for the high shipping but I still have to get to you in the shape its in. It will not just be thrown into a box, there will be packing also to make sure it does get to in one piece. This is for 100% parts or repair only. Thanks
