Yaupon tea is a great alternative to coffee as it contains caffeine. It is not bitter when brewed liked green tea and it tastes great hot or cold. We hand pick and clean our tea before roasting in the oven. Use a small pinch for a cup of tea or 1 gram. You can also crush the tea if you would like it to be a little bit stronger (or just brew it longer).
