Syracuse China Brown Autumn Leaves Restaurant Ware: Cream Pitcher / Creamer

Here is a creamer / cream pitcher made by Syracuse China. The only pattern name I've come up with is "Brown Autumn Leaves" or SY491. It masures about 3" across from side to side and sits about 3.5" tall. The date stamp on the bottom indicates it was made in December of 1959.
