We only use the best hats! We embroider on Flexfit 6277 Hats. Our hats are made exclusively by Flexfit (Model #6277) and are 63% Polyester, 34% Cotton, and 3% Spandex. It also features a fused hard buckrum sewn into the front of the crown, 6 panels, a 3 1/2" crown, and 8 rows of stitching that all help keep that great original low profile Flexfit shape.
