Syracuse China Restaurant Ware Creamer - Orange/Gold Floral Band Pattern

I have not been able to identify the pattern which consists of an orange/gold band with a deep red 5 petal flower, green leaves, white flourish and a "3-dots-dash" black border. The design is very pleasing to the eye and runs all the way around the top rim as well as down the handle.
