It does power on and there is sound, but one channel is very distorted. It is missing one knob. The glass on the front is broken. Otherwise, the photos can tell you more than I can. This is a great candidate for someone to go through and fix then resell. You will know more what it needs than me, but the thing is all there and isn't total toast. Thanks.
