This is a vintage copy of the famed Purefoy Hotel Cookbook. It is signed by the proprietor, Eva Purefoy. The publishing date is 1960 and it is marked on the same page that the hotel closed in 1961, but copies of the book were still available. The cookbook is 154 pages, and then there are another 65 pages of household hints from the authors. It is in good condition with practically no staining or wear. Feel free to ask questions.
