Cosmetically this convertible touchscreen laptop is in good condition. There are scratches and wear marks on the lid (see pictures). There is a crack in the bottom left LCD bezel frame and crack near the power button (see pictures). There is edge wear on the corners. There is some minor scuffing and discoloration on the palm rest areas. The battery does hold some kind of charge, but we do not know for how long. Sorry, but we can not warranty the battery.
