The Sleeve is in its Original Shrink Wrap and is in great shape. There is a little bit of corner softening/wear to the right hand corners along the opening edge. Otherwise pretty much perfect and solid with no splits, writing (other than Autographs), stains, tears, cutouts, etc. and would easily rate Near Mint.
