The shifter came from an early 2000s that I'm parting out. Although it clicks into gear, the lever doesn't return back to its normal position like it should. It feels like maybe there is a spring broken inside. Priced accordingly. The name black it partially broken as well. Please see the video, you can see the issue with the shifter there.
