The Diamond Hone Chef's Choice Electric Knife sharpener has a 2-stage sharpener and V groove. Stage 1 creates the first bevel. Stage 2 ultra-hones the blade. There are precise knife guides. This is Model 310. It's 7" long, 3 1/4" wide, and 3 1/2" tall, with a white cord. The piece weighs 2 lb. 12 oz before packing. It has suction cups for a no-slip base and an on/off switch.
