The doll has beautiful brown side pigtail yarn hair and wears a cute floral top/red dress/skort bottoms (all connected to the doll, it cannot be removed). She measures approximately 18 inches in length, 12 inches wide hand to hand, but her head is probably approximately 8 inches wide. This is from a smoke-free environment.
