Good used condition. The outer plastic layer is crinkled from being stored, I think it'll fill out fine once it has stuff in it. Some wear from use - mostly to the handles. The mirror has scratches. One handle has a mind of its own and wants to lay flat against the bag. This design seems to be harder to find, I couldn't even find other pictures online. Shipped with USPS First Class.
