The unit powers on and when we press keys or set up words to aututype it will go through the motions but will not actually strike the daisywheel. The screen is working and all keys are responding. We are not the original owners of the unit and we do not know its history. We have not attempted any repairs on this unit. We are not accepting returns on this purchase.
