This is a 3rd Generation iPod Shuffle. It has been tested, and isnot working correctly. Possible bad battery - but not sure. The device communicates with iTunes when connected to a computer. iTunes shows that the device is charging when plugged in - but once unplugged from power, it does not turn on.
