Powers on and antenna picks up satellite signal. I'm not sure it works properly - there's a hum when powered on but I wasn't able to get any audio on the Preview channel. Screen is operable but pretty dark ams seen in photos. The mechanism to eject the receiver from the boombox doesn't latch shut, so a piece of tape is needed to keep it closed.
