My mother ordered this oven from France in 1999. I have had it since 2007. It works well. Electric oven need some heating elements. Gas oven works but jets needs to be cleaned out. It will puff on all of a sudden so I’m scared of that. I live in an area where no one will come and work on this stove. I’m sure there is someone that would love to have this stove and be able to maintain it like intended. New it would cost $82,000.00. I do not know all the specifics so I took a picture of the data plate so you can see everything about this stove. It says propane on the plate. I use natural gas. I use this stove every day!
