The inside of both front and back covers are stained darker than the interior of the book. Front cover shows wear and had faded. The paper cover is torn up but the book is in good shape with the fold out inserts excellent! See photos. 3) A Review of Nursing with outlines of subjects Q&A by Helen F. Hansen, R.N., 3rd Edition 1941, Hardcover. This book has some questions answered in pencil and a blemish on the front cover. The last page has writing on it and looks like notes were torn out.
