Vintage The Lionel Multi Control Trainmaster Transformer 150 Watts 120 V Type-VW. The power AC cable had been replaced and cleaned inside electrical bushes. I did plug it in AC power,the green light came on, but the red lights didn’t light . I test the 4 output voltage. Outputting voltage can be adjustable.
