This top is brand new. It has some ruching on the sides to make you look thinner. I would say it would fit a medium perfect. MY husband bought me an identical top and I never returned this one. It was to late to return. I absolutely love how I feel in this top. I feel thinner and its classy but you could also wear it with jeans. IT was 75.00 at Macys when Purchased.
