Brahmi seeds, bacopa monnieri. Zone 8-12. Can be grown in containers and brought inside for cold zone winters. The seeds are very small, just a spec, so the seedlings will be very small. Water from the bottom so you do not wash the little seeds out/off the pot (Set the pot in a shallow container and put water in that container so the pot will suck the water up into the soil through the drain holes to wet the soil).
