The adjustable thermostat allows temperatures of 104 degrees to 158 degrees. The assembled dimensions are 17 “ long x 11.4” wide x 8.9” high. It has been used to dry herbs but the manufacturer says it can also dry 5 pounds of jerky in one batch. The instruction manual and original box are included.
