Pair of NON-WORKING Retevis RT22 two way radios with 2) C charge cables, 2) belt clips, 2)xtra Li-ion battery packs, dual plug transformer for charge cables. Also included is a model KC-Z1R3 base charger (paid $30 for base charger) and mini-usb cable along with C to mini-usb adapter plug. Purchased these radios several weeks ago and they worked just fine then suddenly stopped working. I DO NOT know what is wrong with them. Both power up and charge but will not communicate between them. Purchased 2 new battery packs thinking may be the problem but was not. Did not receive a operators manual when I received them and original box was discarded. Asking $40 or make offer.
