Vintage Smith Corona Classic 12 Portable Blue Typewriter - Case Bag Key
My understanding is that only the early units had this on them. Not sure of year built. Very nice typewriter in working condition. Extra White out. The keyboard has the cédille "cedilla" Ç and the accent aigu "acute accent" é French characters.
