Please take a close look at the pictures for its condition. I could not locate a publication date, but there is a signature in the inside cover dated Nov 1860, so it is quite old. I gently flipped through it and took close-ups of the flaws I could find, including a couple of pages with pencil marks, dark spots, small tears, and some pages that are loose from the binding. Please note: I did not look at each page. Also, it says it is illustrated, but I believe there is only one illustration, which is pictured.
